I promise this fictional story about a made-up city in space isn’t based on any really worrying real-world analogues.
I spent more time changing and redoing parts of the first panel than probably any other page of the comic so far (I hope it doesn’t show). I’m still not completely happy with it but the advantage of a regular update schedule and thus a deadline is getting to throw up your hands and say “screw it, good enough.”

I like panel 1! I think it works well. Has the upper railing always been a cool interwoven design, or are we seeing a new thing from the new angle? I like that we’re getting multiple shots in different spots in the same room. You’re doing a great job of communicating this room (station?) as a real place that fills space.
Also, I thought the PL cars were way bigger than they are! I thought they would be taller than a person standing upright. Definitely diverts the potential gravitas of riding on a jailbroken car from “speeding train” toward “runaway handcar”.
